I've searched for this program and couldn't find anything available, primarily because the official website (CadWell) doesn't support it anymore. Also, from what I am seeing in the images, it appears that EEG Anywhere is just a simple viewer that can open various files without the editing part.
If you still have the software installed, go to Help > Contents to read more about all the available operations that you can do while the software is installed and opened.

It's uncertain if the software will be released for Mac because there is nothing about it on the developer's website. Either the development has been discontinued or the software has been replaced with another application from their portfolio. Since I couldn't find anything about the software, I recommend checking their available products and eventually get in touch with them through the available channels.
